Planquora's AI is grounded in your project's own records, cites its sources, and never takes action on its own — a person with the right role approves anything that becomes authoritative.
What the AI can do
- AI intake: an interview that drafts a project charter and initial plan (New project with AI).
- AI status reports: drafts that separate fact, interpretation, and forecast, grounded in live data.
- Project Q&A: ask questions about a project and get answers cited to its records.
- Continuous detection: automatic hygiene findings (e.g. overdue milestones, risks without a response) surfaced on the project overview.
Human accountability
AI output is labelled as AI-generated and is provisional until reviewed. The AI can't approve scope, budget, or gates, close projects, or change personnel — accountable people do, and every action is recorded in the audit trail.
