Connecting your apps

Subscribe to a project calendar feed

The calendar feed publishes a project's meetings and milestone due dates as a subscribable .ics feed you can add to Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — read-only, no account connection needed.

Get the subscribe URL

  1. Project → Reports → Integrations → Calendars → Calendar feed (.ics) → Connect.
  2. Copy the Subscribe URL shown on the card.

Add it to your calendar

  • Google Calendar: Other calendars → From URL → paste the URL.
  • Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription → paste the URL.
  • Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste the URL.
