Connecting your apps

Connect Jira

The Jira integration imports issues from a Jira project into Planquora work items, and can create Jira issues from work items that aren't yet linked.

1. Create a Jira API token

  1. Go to id.atlassian.com → Security → Create and manage API tokens.
  2. Create a token and copy it.

2. Connect it in Planquora

  1. Project → Reports → Integrations → Jira.
  2. Enter your Jira site URL (e.g. https://yourteam.atlassian.net), the email of your Atlassian account, the API token, and the Jira project key.
  3. Click Connect, then Sync to import issues.

Pushing to Jira

Work items that don't yet exist in Jira can be pushed as new Jira issues from the Jira integration panel. You choose which project is the source of truth.
