Connect Microsoft Project

Before you start

You need a Microsoft Project (Project Plan) license, and your Dataverse environment URL — e.g. https://yourorg.crm.dynamics.com. An administrator may need to consent to the permission once.

Connect it

1. Project → Reports → Integrations → Project management → Microsoft Project.
2. Enter your Dataverse environment URL.
3. Click Connect Microsoft Project and approve the Microsoft consent screen.
4. On the connected card, click Sync schedule to Microsoft Project.

Good to know

This connector creates a Project and its tasks as Dataverse records. Because Project for the web's scheduling engine is involved, some fields may need tuning against your environment — tell us if anything looks off.
