Connect Microsoft Teams
The Teams integration posts the same project events as Slack to a Microsoft Teams channel, using a Teams Workflows (incoming webhook) URL.
1. Create a workflow webhook in Teams
- In Teams, next to the target channel click the ••• menu and choose Workflows.
- Pick the template “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.”
- Complete the steps and copy the webhook URL it generates.
2. Connect it in Planquora
- Project → Reports → Integrations → Collaboration → Microsoft Teams.
- Paste the webhook URL, optionally label the channel, and click Connect.
- Click Test to confirm a card appears in your Teams channel.
