Connecting your apps

Connect Slack

The Slack integration posts key project events — @mentions, new status reports, health changes, approvals needed, critical AI findings, and completed milestones — to a Slack channel.

1. Create an incoming webhook in Slack

  1. In Slack, go to Apps and add Incoming Webhooks (or create a Slack app with Incoming Webhooks enabled).
  2. Choose the channel that should receive notifications.
  3. Copy the generated webhook URL — it looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/…

2. Connect it in Planquora

  1. Project → Reports → Integrations → Collaboration → Slack.
  2. Paste the webhook URL, optionally label the channel, and click Connect.
  3. Click Test to confirm a message arrives in your channel.
