Connecting your apps

Import costs from a CSV

The Finance CSV import loads cost entries from a spreadsheet export into the project's cost ledger — no credentials needed.

Prepare your CSV

Include these column headers: Description, Amount, Type, Category, Vendor, Date. Description and Amount are required; the rest are optional.

Import it

  1. Project → Reports → Integrations → Finance → Finance CSV import → Connect.
  2. Click the file picker and choose your CSV.
  3. Planquora reports how many rows were imported (and any skipped).
