Workspaces, roles & seats

A workspace is your team's space, holding its projects and members. Access within a workspace is governed by roles, and your plan is priced by the number of practitioner seats in use.

Roles

Owner — full control of the workspace, including billing and deletion.
Admin — manage members, roles, and projects.
Member — work on projects and request approvals.
Viewer — read-only access, ideal for clients and external stakeholders.

Paid seats vs. free viewers

Your plan's seat limit counts practitioners only — Owners, Admins, and Members.

Viewers are always free and unlimited, so you can share projects with any number of clients and stakeholders at no cost.

The Members page shows your current usage (e.g. “3 / 8 paid seats used”). When you hit the limit, promote to a larger plan or free up a seat.

Projects are unlimited

There is no limit on the number of projects in a workspace on any plan. You pay per practitioner, not per project.
