Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password), workspace and project content you create (projects, work items, risks, decisions, meeting notes, and similar records), and operational logs (an audit trail of actions in your workspace, plus standard server logs).
2. How we use it
Solely to provide the service: authenticating you, storing and displaying your project data, sending transactional email (invitations, password resets), and generating the AI drafts, reports, and answers you request. We do not sell personal data or use your content for advertising.
3. AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the relevant project records are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the response, scoped to your workspace. Under our API terms with Anthropic, this data is not used to train their models. AI-generated content is stored in your workspace like any other record, attributed to AI.
4. Subprocessors
DigitalOcean (hosting and managed database, USA), Anthropic (AI processing, USA), and Twilio SendGrid (transactional email, USA). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access within a workspace is controlled by roles and permissions, and material actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail. Passwords are stored hashed; we never see them.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. On request we will delete your account and workspace data, subject to short backup-cycle windows and any legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced in the app before they take effect.
